Help with an existing order

Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate. Do not send complete payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive credentials by email.

If you need an address correction or cancellation, contact us immediately. Cancellation and order changes are available before dispatch. We do not charge a cancellation fee. After dispatch, please follow our Return Policy.

Returns

Our return warehouse is located in China. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to submit a return request. Once your request is approved, we will provide the complete warehouse address and instructions. Send the return within 14 calendar days after approval. Do not send merchandise to our registered business address or the sender address on the parcel unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; we cover necessary return costs for damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items.
